It seeks to inform the citizen by making such analysis public and share their insights/ views/ feedback with policy makers. It will take their  suggestions  back to the researchers and facilitate a constructive dialogue.

But it is not partisan, it  is not polemical and  has no place for non-data based subjective analysis.
