Training Goal:

·         Enabling the district nodal person to monitor the Block Development Offices for ensuring effective planning and intervention in focus areas on development indicators.

·         Enabling swift information exchange between the block and the district to ensure prompt planning and intervention in focus areas.

·         To empower the nodal officer of Dakshin Dinajpur in ICT skills through GIS technology.

 Training Objectives:

• Train the district nodal person on information management and GIS technology.
• Bring about easy accessibility of information through the internet for the blocks and the district.
• Bringing a sense of ownership at the Block level.
